Ingredients
- 2Â cups cooked rice
- 2 cups curd
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 2-3 red chillies
- a sprig of curry leaves
- salt to taste
Method.
- Allow the cooked rice to cool slightly
- When it is still little warm, mix the curd into the rice.
- Add the milk and mix. Adjust the consistency by adding some water.
- Temper the curd rice with mustard seeds, red chillies, and curry leaves
- Add salt to taste
- Refrigerate before serving.
