A cool accompaniment for spicier dishes.


One large english cucumber (seedless) grated

½ medium red onion, chopped and rinsed in cold water

One tomato, chopped into small pieces

2 green chilies cut into 4 large pieces

1 container of low-fat sour cream

Preparation Method:

Mix the cucumber, onion, and tomatoes in a mixing bowl.

Add sour cream and mix until it makes a loose sour cream. Can add ¼ cup milk.

Then add salt and a sprinkle of chili powder.
