Description  Indianised version of the French Toast. Ideal for children.
Ingredients
- 8 slices bread
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- oil for frying
Method
- Beat the eggs well
- Add the milk and all the dry masala powders and beat again.
- Heat some oil on a non stick pan.
- Dip the bread slices in the egg and milk mixture and fry them till they are well done on both sides
