Sprinkle a tbsp of Almond powder for flavor.

Ingredients

1 lb Chicken Livers

2 Tbsp Oil (Canola or Sunflower)

1 Cup onions finely sliced

1 Tomato finely chopped

2 Medium Green Chillies

1 Tsp Ginger/Garlic paste

1/4 Tsp Turmeric

1/2 Tsp Dhaniya powder

1/2 Tsp chilli powder

1/2 Tsp Garam Masala powder

1/4 Cup Finely chopped cilantro for garnish

Preparation Method

Fry the onions in oil till golden brown

Add ginger/garlic paste and stir fry for 2-3 mins till lightly browned and  fragrant

Add green chillies

Add turmeric, dhaniya powder, chilli powder and a pinch of salt (to taste) and stir fry lightly on low heat

Add tomato and cook till all the water evaporates

Add the chicken livers and stir them 4-5 mins till they are well cooked

Sprinkle the garam masala just before turning off the heat.

Garnish with cilantro and serve.
