Spicy fish patties that can be served as an appetizer

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg fillet of fish
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp finely chopped ginger (optional)
  • 2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 egg white beaten
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • oil for frying

Method

  • Marinate the fish fillets with the ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder
