Favourite Sunday morning breakfast
Ingredients
- Eggs
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onions
- 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- chopped coriander leaves
- oil
Method
- Add a little oil in the saucepan and saute the onions, green chillies and tomatoes. Keep aside
- Take 2 eggs and beat them well adding a little turmeric powder and salt
- Add the onions, chillies and tomato to the egg and beat again
- Heat some more oil in the pan and add the egg mixture.
- Cook on both sides till done.
- Serve with toasted bread
Variation – You can add some boiled shrimp to the egg mixture. Mushrooms are also an interesting addition.
