An easy, creamy cauliflower dish.

Secret Tips:

Don’t over cook the cauliflower. It should still retain a hint of crunch.


Cauliflower – one head cut

One medium size onion

Ginger-garlic paste

Powders – chili powder, dhania powder, garam masala, turmeric, salt

2 tomatoes

1 cup yogurt

1 cup coconut milk

Preparation Method

Cut cauliflower

Add chili powder, salt, turmeric and 1 tbsp of water microwave for 3 – 4 minutes.

Cut medium size onion

Brown onions

Add ¼ tsp ginger garlic paste (to taste)

Add 1 tsp chili powder paste

Add pinch turmeric

Add 1 ½ tsp dhania powder

Add ½ tsp garam masala

Add cauliflower and allow to cook. Add a little water.

Chop 2 tomatoes. Add salt, chili powder, turmeric and cook in microwave for 2 – 3 minutes.

When cauliflower is ¾ cooked, add tomato mixture.

Add 1 cup of yogurt and 1 cup coconut milk

Allow to simmer

Salt to taste
